All of the art on our site is captured and curated by Alice and Will themselves. Otherwise known as Sinae and Shannon Southon from a little seaside town on the Sunshine Coast. Check out our 'About' section to learn a little more about us!

All over the world! You will notice a few places showing up more frequently than others. For example we love to explore where we live on the Sunshine Coast, so a lot of our Australia Collection is taken locally around the coast. Other places you might find are New York City, Nashville, Italy, Portugal, Ireland and many more.

Sure! We do our best to help you create your dream space with our prints. We can do custom most Graphic text prints including your favourite quote, place or name. Just get in contact with us through the contact form page or email us at aliceandwil@gmail.com and our design team will get back to you as soon as possible!

Currently, Alice and Will only offer unframed prints. Meaning that when your artwork arrives you have complete artist authority to style it exactly how you envisioned it in your space. We know that the frame can make all the difference, so we can't wait to see what you do with your little slice of paradise!

Our prints are avaliable in 4 sizes ranging from A4 - A1, so whether you are designing a gallery wall or looking for a large statement piece we will have one to fit your vision. Specifications: A4: 21cm x 29.7cm = 8.3in x 11.9in A3: 29.7cm x 42cm = 11.7in x 16.5in A2: 42cm x 59.4cm = 16.5in x 23.4in A1: 59.4cm x 84.1cm = 23.4in x 33.1in

Unfortunately, not every print is available in larger sizing. Due to the resolution of the artwork file, larger sizes could compromise the quality of the print. If the larger size isn't listed on the product, then it is probably not possible to do so. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us!

Usually, it takes 3 – 7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: ● Australia: 3 –14 business days ● USA: 10– 20 business days ● Europe: 10– 20 business days ● International: 10–20 business days

Yes! We ship all around Australia and to most places around the world. International Taxes/Duties - Please be advised that prints shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.

A tracking number will be provided to you via email as soon as your item has been shipped out.

Please choose your art carefully! As our pieces are original, limited edition prints curated by our artists at Alice and Will, we only offer returns and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice up to 24 hours after the order was placed. Though we are sure you will love your new little slice of paradise, if you have any questions regarding any of our designs, don't hesitate to contact us at aliceandwil@gmail.com or filling out our contact form.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at aliceandwil@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll be happy sort that out for you as soon as possible.

As our prints are made custom on demand, at this time we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit your space better, check out our sizing charts in the product photos or FAQ section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at aliceandwil@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

We welcome wholesale enquiries from anywhere in the world! All of our prints are museum-quality posters giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper that yields brilliant prints, so we are sure they will compliment your business.
